RegainRx is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the medication for a refund or exchange. Please read this policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions for returns.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your medication must meet the following criteria:
- The medication must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- The medication must have been purchased from RegainRx within the last 30 days.
- The medication must not have been expired or nearing expiration.
- The medication must not have been a special order or custom-made medication.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact RegainRx customer service via phone or email within 30 days of receiving the medication to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- A customer service representative will provide you with instructions on how to return the medication.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the medication back to RegainRx.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned medication. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement medication to you as soon as possible.
